1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items are typically not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Timeframe for Returns:

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

4. Shipping the Returned Item:

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.
